The original bylaws are dated 1965. Due to these bylaws being difficult to read, they were typed and put into an electronic version, and have since been updated to the current year, 2025.  Please review all versions of the bylaws here.  Compare all versions.   Make note of any discrepancies, if any. 

Send all questions, comments, and suggestions to Addison Hockins (hockins1114@gmail.com).  These statements will be presented to the Board of Directors.  After their final review and possible changes, the bylaws will be presented to the general membership, at which time voting will occur to annul the old bylaws so that the update bylaws may be voted in for acceptance.
